About us
Tecno Team srl has been on the market since 1992, we have almost always worked in the household appliance sector, mainly in the refrigeration sector (Refrigerators - Freezers) with some machinery also delivered for the production of parts for dishwashers, kitchens, washing machines.
The automatic lines that we offer to customers are completely designed internally with the only exception of a design studio that has been working with us for about 20 years and that in some cases helps us to develop some machinery to allow us to save time on the design of the lines.
All construction is done internally with the exception of the machinery basement that we perform externally both as construction and as processing. Traditional blanking, bending and flanging dies or with particular movements with slides and cams are designed and manufactured internally. We can supply any type of machinery, manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, transfered or robotic, based on the Customer's requests we develop the proposal that seems most suitable to us, but once our proposal has been presented, we can re-discuss it and make the required changes to the Customer.
All our machines are tested in our factory before being shipped, after which we provide for the assembly and the final start-up at the customer. All machines are equipped with self-diagnosis software that identifies the single faulty element and signals it on the display to the operator.
Our lines are built with top quality components (many times it is the customer himself who gives us specifications to follow), but we always mount the following components on the machinery:
